About Us—Driver's Training

My Turn To Drive offers year round Driver Training in accordance with state laws and operates under the authority of the Michigan Department of State.

The President of My Turn To Drive, Ben Cole, has a Bachelors Degree in secondary education, with majors in special education (emotional impairment) and industrial arts. He received his drivers education certificate in 1992 from Central Michigan University. Before starting My Turn To Drive, Ben taught in both public schools and private driver training schools.

In addition, all of the My Turn To Drive instructors are state licensed and driving records are on file for public inspection by appointment. Each instructor receives regular training to stay current with changes in state law.

We currently operate driver training programs to service all eligible students in Hillsdale County and the surrounding area. Our classes are currently held at:

• Hillsdale Assembly of God Church
• Hudson Area Schools
• Litchfield Community Schools
• Pittsford Schools
• Waldron Area Schools
• Will Carleton Academy

Charges for a specific class are based upon the number of persons enrolled in the driver's training class. You will be informed of that charge when you contact us or call the number above to book the class.

Check our schedule for class offerings in your area and for the specific class locations. New classes are forming every month.

You need not be a student of the school to enroll in a class at that school.
